Crafty Students Take Toronto

On Friday, Ms. Saplys’ Writer’s Craft students took to the streets of various neighbourhoods in downtown Toronto for a series of writing exercises in scenery, location and culture. They explored a wide array of Toronto’s classic locales, like the Distillery District, Kensington Market, and Osgoode Hall Library to immerse themselves in the beating heart of the city, challenge themselves to think deeply and write critically, and to appreciate all that this beautiful city has to offer. And the lunch time gelato wasn’t half bad either!
