A select group of Mentor College HS students participated in the University of Toronto National Biology Competition. Results this year were exceptional – as 5 of our students placed in the top 10% in all of Canada.
Mackenzie Philbrick was the top participant from Mentor and scored within the top 4%. She was recognized by the University of Toronto as a National Biology Scholar. Gursharan Sohi and Mara Rosoga placed within the top 6%, Sheel Shah within the top 8% and Jessica Wang, top 9%. These top 5 scores combined ranked Mentor College School as 23rd in Canada.
